Students will invertigate the natural and human systems within Canada and the economic, cultural and environmental connections to other countries. Students will gather and analyse information in order to evaluate the interactions between humanity and its environment and th global issues affected.

This course focuses on the way in which today's Canadians are affected by geographical issues. Drawing on their own experiences, students will examine Canada's changing natural and human systems and the global influences that shape them. Students will locate and evaluate key information as a means of investigating practical georaphic questions regarding Canada's distinct systems.
